Executive Chairman Hon. Akinola Abiodun Idowu convened a high-level security meeting with the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, joined by LG Chairmen, traditional rulers, and security operatives, to tackle rising crime, cultism, and drug abuse — with the CP pledging decisive action across Orile Agege, and Ojokoro.

A modern ten-tyre compactor truck equipped with a hydraulic lift, waste compressor, and protective cover was delivered at the LCDA Secretariat to boost emergency environmental cleaning and support PSP operators and LAWMA.

The second edition of the boxing competition was a massive success. Chairman Idowu stepped into the ring himself, drawing the largest boxing audience ever held in the LCDA. ₦2 million in prizes were awarded across all categories.

Commenced installation of 120 solar-powered streetlights across Oke-Koto ward, with subsequent phases planned for all remaining wards.
